Action Pistol Match
--Held on the third Saturday of each month--
Sign Up will start at 8:30 AM Match will start at 9:00 AM There will be three stages of approximately 25- 30 rounds per stage. Bring plenty of ammunition, just in case you miss. The cost of the match is $20, cash only. Exact change is appreciated. New shooters, shoot their first match for free. Shooters should bring their choice of handgun. 9mm, .40SW, or .45ACP are our most common cartridges. Calibers smaller than 9mm are discouraged, as they do not reliably dispatch steel targets. A belt holster of the typical outside-the-waistband style that retains the handgun during movement and covers the trigger guard is required. A means to carry magazines is also recommended. The match is open to the public. New shooters and experts alike are encouraged to attend. Please spread the word, and bring your friends. Safety Officers, please let me know if you want to setup a stage or work the match. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to email Todd at actionpistolrsc@outlook.com. NOTE: Range is open to members, provided all safety rules are followed and member advises Division Chair of their arrival. Barring an emergency, there will be no cease fires to go down range.
